Joseph Mercurio III is a highly experienced fishing charter boat captain, with a background steeped in the history of Key West. As a third-generation captain, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each and every fishing excursion. His grandfather was one of the pioneers of fishing charters in the Key West area, with one of the first charterboats in the region dating back to the 1940s. With such a deep connection to the area and its fishing traditions, Captain Mercurio is able to provide his clients with an unforgettable fishing experience, complete with insider knowledge of the best catches and fishing locations in the region.

The Jolly Roger II was custom-built right here in Key West. It is a #1 hull, and is 40ft. in length and over 14ft. wide. It is powered by twin caterpillar engines (300HP each) for speed, dependability and safety. It has a tinted-glass enclosed cabin with two long cushioned benches for your comfort. The cabin deck is carpeted and there is also a private bathroom. It has the latest modern equipment.
